This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a range of M&A, Stock Exchange and private equity corporate work. The client list is first rate and you will act for a number of household name clients.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You will have gained a good base of corporate experience and be looking to take your career to the next stage. You should be a good team player who is an effective communicator with clients.
