Residential Property Solicitor
Northampton
Salary: Upto £38k (depending upon experience)
I'm delighted to be working with one of my favourite clients, a National Conveyancing law firm with magnificent offices in Northampton to find an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Residential Conveyancer to join their fast-growing team.
I've successfully placed candidates into this team previously, and have recieved endorsements as to the quality of work, environment, team set up and general job satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling a large caseload of residential property files including shared purchase, help to buy, equity release and remortgage transactions
- Assisting less experienced colleagues with caseloads
- Offering excellent service to clients
On offer is a flexible competitive package, including pension, private medical insurance and a minimum of 25 days annual leave is on offer for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with a large caseload and ideally come from a leading regional/Legal500 firm.
Applications will also be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have 12 months experience at an established firm. The most suitable candidates will have 3 years experience
