Chelmsford City Council is looking to recruit a solicitor, barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to assist with the following areas of work:
- Planning, Development control and agreements with developers
- Criminal and civil litigation, including planning related litigation
- General Local Government law, including licensing
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although attendance at some evening meetings will be required.
