Solicitor – Fraud

We are currently looking to attract a solicitor to join our fraud hub in our growing Birmingham office.

Our fraud practice group provide the full range of claims fraud solutions across all our business lines to our insurer, corporate and broker customers. Our expertise ranges from low value fraud claims to multi-million point complex fraud rings across bogus, staged and invented claims, exaggerated injury and losses and fabricated policy claims.

Duties as a solicitor within our fraud team will include handling a mixed caseload of fraud matters including LVI, bogus passengers, staged and contrived accidents. It may also incorporate fraudulent policy holder claims and third party claims covering indemnity and contractual provisions.

We are keen to attract a candidate with previous experience of handling fraudulent matters from an insurance background. We are also interested in hearing from criminal solicitors that that may want to focus on this area with experience in white collar crime or fraud act experience.  High standards of verbal and numerical reasoning are important alongside the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically.
