PROPERTY SOLICITOR (AGRICULTURAL/RURAL) - LEEDS

Unusual opportunity in a high quality Property department which acts for a range of agricultural clients and private individuals. Their focus is on quality rather than quantity and the firm has proved popular over the years with candidates looking for an alternative environment, collegiate mentality and better work-life control. In this instance the firm will consider full time or part-time lawyers on their own ability as they really want the 'right person' who'll fit with their client base and integrate easily into the department.

They are looking for a property lawyer to handle a mixed caseload, the team specialise in giving advice to private individuals, companies and trust on
rural property issues with a small amount of residential property work - it will be bespoke and interesting work which requires someone who is confident of their own ability and who is used to handling a variety of matters and playing a supportive role to their clients.

Given the nature of the work it would be ideal if someone had experience of rural work although it's not essential for the role and the team will support the right person with developing expertise within this area.

A fantastic role with a likeable firm which very much ploughs its own furrow in the Yorkshire legal market.
