Residential Property Solicitor

An award winning, Top 200 law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.

The firm has an excellent reputation locally and regionally and as such has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and they remain incredibly ambitious with plans for continuing their growth.

In this role you will be required to handle all areas of Residential Property law including Registered and unregistered land (freehold and leasehold) and Residential development (i.e. easements and conditional contracts)

This is a senior position and as such you will have supervisory and management responsibility for two teams (across two offices).

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will help to deliver on the strategic drivers of the business in relation to both the above teams whilst focusing on providing a quality service to the Firm's high net-worth clients. The role will focus on building strong business relationships with land agents who deal predominantly in fine homes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced property solicitor and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and people skills, preferably with experience of running a successful team.

You will be a commercial and strategic thinker who has a strong business development track record and an obvious enthusiasm for networking and developing business.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required

In terms of PQE there is some flexibility but a minimum of 5 yrs is to be expected.
