The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Associate or Senior Associate into their office in Tunbridge Wells

You will be working closely with the Partners within the Residential Property department and will play a pivotal role in driving the department forwards to ensure its future success, having the full support from heavy hitting regional firm.

They are looking for an experienced Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join their friendly team on a varied caseload, reporting directly to the Partner.

You will deal with a broad caseload, including: Buying & Selling, Transfer of Equity, Mortgages and Remortgages and Tenancy agreements, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication and business development skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
