The role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a growing Private Client practice based in Hove, Sussex.

You will be joining an department consisting of some of the most approachable lawyers on the South Coast. In this position you will be dealing with a dynamic combination of wills, trusts, probates and tax/inheritance issues ranging from MNW/HNW. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge on court of protection matters, and LPA work making for a truly exciting caseload.

In this role you will be working closely with the head of department, gaining not only fantastic caseload exposure, but having the opportunity to learn and develop further even for the most experienced lawyers. This opportunity is also coupled with fantastic business development prospects therefore the ideal candidate will have some experience in business development or will be well connected in the region.

Requirements

• You will have 3+ years' experience in the Private Client practice.
• You will be driven, dynamic and you will have the ability to work both autonomously, and within in a team
• You will have an attentive nature, and you will have a proactive attitude.
• You will have track record in business development, and you will ideally be well connected in the Sussex region
