My client has offices based throughout Cumbria and are seeking a conveyancer with over 3 years experience to be able to run an autonomous caseload in a high street environment with plenty of local client contact.

You will be working closely with estate agents so will regularly be meeting clients on a face-to-face basis and dealing with sales, purchase, right-to-buy, remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership and new build matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally you will have experience of communicating with local clients and have a personable attitude as work is regularly referred back to the firm on 'word of mouth'.

Whilst this is not a volume caseload you will be busy and be expected to assist with business development when required however you will be able to strike a healthy work / life balance and will not be working all hours! Assistance is provided from a paralegal and support is in place to allow you to complete all tasks required in a timely manner.

This position can be based in any of the 5 established offices that the firm has based across the South Lakes area, with convenient local parking next to all offices. This is a great chance to work in a well respected team that provide a great working environment. Salary for this position is circa £35k+ with a bonus & benefits scheme also attached.
