Agricultural Property Solicitor sought for a top tier practice in Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join a growing team in Lincolnshire who are regarded as experts in their field. The ideal candidate will have empathy with the challenges faced by farm businesses and estates combined with a commercial approach.

Responsibilities
• Advising on agricultural estate matters
• Farm and estate sales
• Purchases and mortgages
• Co-ownership issues
• CAP schemes
• Shooting leases
• General rural property transactions
• Participating in business development initiatives

The Candidate
• Solicitors or legal executives with at least two years’ PQE
• Knowledge of property law and co-ownership issues is essential
• An interest in the more technical aspects of agricultural law, including CAP schemes and shooting leases
• Able to adapt to a broad range of circumstances, whilst remaining calm under pressure
