The role is to be based in the heart of the City of London; however, they have a network of offices throughout Europe and the Middle East with 10% of their Lawyers currently based overseas. The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.

The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer into their City of London office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. Their Corporate teams deal with the full range of business transactions - financing, buying, selling, investments, governance, compliance.

The variety of quality clients and work will make for an interesting role. This work will include; Private equity and venture capital, Mergers and acquisitions, Capital markets, EU & competition, LLP's and Partnerships and Governance.

The firm have incredibly close relationships with their clients and it is common place for a number of fee earners at any one time to be on secondments.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with between 2-6 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills are essential
