The role

The firm is seeking a new Senior Employment Solicitor to join the Ilford, Essex office.

The department has an excellent reputation for employment work.

This Employment role will work closely with the Media team, they have a very close relationship with PR agencies, they offer a bespoke reputation management service that offers many unique selling points that stand them out as a go-to practice. You will deal with both claimant and respondent work on a range of contentious and non-contentious work. This role will be varied, making for a more interesting work load. It is essential that you are a dynamic individual that has a flare for business development.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit to the amount of PQE)
• You will ideally have had experience of leading a team, although this is not essential
• Good attention to deal and strong technical knowledge is necessary

• You will be based in the City of London office
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure
