My client is an award-winning Top 50 law firm that boasts leading credentials as an employer offering a fantastic working culture. Due to team expansion from winning a huge new contract, they are looking looking to recruit 2 Assistant Fee Earners to join their Strategic Disease Team in Coventry.

The Role:

* As an Assistant Fee Earner you will be assigned to work with a Partner within the Strategic Disease Team on Multi-Track matter cases and two strategic projects.
* You will be working on a mixed case load of short and long tail disease claims.
* You will be responsible for carrying out individual fee earning tasks on cases for and in support of the Fee Earner.
* Due to the strategic nature of the work, as an Assistant Fee Earner you will not carry your own caseload.

The Person:

* Awareness of the disease market and legal developments.
* Experience of claims handling (preferably litigated).
* Understanding of the litigation process.
* Ability to work with and take instruction from a Lead Fee Earner.
