Job Details
A highly successful boutique practice in Leeds City Centre has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join the firm.
The forward-thinking firm has been highly successful over recent years and have established themselves as a formidable presence in the market. They often find themselves working against major London firms as well as significant regional players and handle international work to rival top tier firms.
The role is extremely broad ranging and involves working closely with the finance and accounts team, the office and support staff and HR to monitor and manage amongst other things:
- cash flow
- forecasting
- budgeting
- billing
- banking
- IT
- security matters
- suppliers
- holiday, sickness, contracts etc
There will also be the responsibility to manage and monitor the following:
- SRA liaison
- practicing certificate renewals
- insurance renewals
The successful candidate will have experience as a Practice Manager in a law firm environment and have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for a firm.
