Your new role

This commercial litigation role will involve disputes work for corporates both nationally and internationally. You will handle a broad mix of commercial litigation work including partnership and shareholder disputes, injunctions as well as a range of contractual disputes.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a lawyer at newly qualified level who has undertaken a 6 months' seat in commercial litigation and be looking to specialise in this discipline. Good academics and communication skills are important.
