I am currently working with a national practice who are looking for a client care/complaints Solicitor to join them at their Leeds city centre office.

This is a more unusual role and one that would be suited to a Solicitor who is likely over 5 yrs PQE who has strong experience of dealing with client complaints and client care matters either as their main role or as part of their day to day duties.

The right candidate will have experience ideally in either personal injury, public law, or private client work.

The role will be to handle complaints, dealing with clients and fee earners in resolving issues raised by clients on matters that the firm is dealing with. Day to day you will be working alongside fee earners to query case histories and discussing the resolution of matters/ You should have a good understanding of the CPR and litigation timescales.

This is a non-fee earning role and will suit those looking to move out of that environment.

There is a salary up to £42k + great benefits including a flexible working and dress for your day policy.
