  • Power of attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Judicial review
  • Advising on after care in the community
  • Incapacity cases
The Candidate
  • Solicitors from NQ and above, paralegals and caseworkers with solid mental health fee earning experience
  • Status as a Law Society Accredited Mental Health Panel Member is essential
  • With your own followings, you will be able to generate your own referral work
  • Experience of appeal work would be advantageous
  • Excellent client care skills
  • IT proficiency
  • A team player
