Job Details
We are seeking a new claims manager for a law firm in Manchester.
This role will require management of a small team of new enquiries advisors so you must have at least 1 years experience.
The team manages new enquiries from social media, email, website and incoming calls from potential clients.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A flare for attention to detail.
- A passion to help, be supportive and learn.
- The right attitude and aptitude to develop and grow.
- The characteristics of a great team player.
- Be results driven and analytical in collating and producing data on team performance.
- Have a background of work in a legal practice and in particular in the personal injury arena.
