In House Property and Contracts Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and successful solicitor who might already be working in house in-house or looking to make the move with in a commercial legal team. The team is looking to recruit a qualified lawyer to handle an interesting and varied caseload of agreements and property matters.

Key Duties:

•             Drafting of agreements – NDAs,

•             Property: review of leases and negotiation of leases

•             Commercial: drafting of agreements with suppliers and trade customers

•             Acquisitions: coordinating external advice

The person:

Keen and open to learning about their business and the industry.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent listening and communication skills with all levels of employee and stakeholder of the business.

Strong appreciation and an ability to be flexible to work within our working processes and authorisation structure and strong drive to learn about new systems and processes and highlight efficiencies.

Able to self-manage, use initiative and good problem-solving skills when required;

Effective time management and willingness to go the extra mile when required.

A strong team-player;

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure;
