Are you a corporate associate or pushing for promotion to this level in the Edinburgh area?

Are you currently with a legal 500 practice and keen to secure a role that can offer truly quality work, coupled with a genuine work/life balance seen at the large corporate/commercial firms?

QED Legal's client, one of Scotland's most recognisable and respected legal firms has a requirement for a corporate associate, with a minimum of three years PQE to work alongside the Head of Corporate as they expand their already thriving department.

You will have a solid grounding in all core areas of corporate law including M&A and restructuring, commercial contracts, corporate creation and general business advice.

You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional client base made up of both third sector, public and private entities.

A desire to work on cross border transactions and perhaps moving towards becoming dual qualified would be beneficial to any application.

Pursuing a career in corporate or commercial law does not often offer the opportunity to enjoy a genuine work/life balance, particularly without sacrificing the quality of client but this role can certainly attest to.
