Job Details
The successful family solicitor will have gained experience at a well-regarded family firm and will be able to demonstrate experience in key areas of family law including; divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications.
Ideally, you must have private family work experience including high net worth clients. Advocacy experience is an advantage but is not essential. The role requires the successful candidate to promote the firm both internal and external events, so it is important you are comfortable to get involved.
