Housing Solicitor
Middlesex
A Housing Solicitor is required to join the expanding Housing team at a long-established law firm at their office in Uxbridge, Middlesex. The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.
You will be joining an already established team who enjoy an excellent reputation in the local area for the quality of their work.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal with a caseload consisting of the full range of publicly funded Housing law matters such as possession proceedings, disrepair claims, Injunctions, Unlawful eviction claims, Homelessness, Judicial Review Claims and Appeals.
Applications are invited from Housing Solicitors or Legal Executuves with at least 2 years PQE. Advocacy experience is required as most interim hearings with be conducted by the Solicitor.
It is essential that you show a client focused approach with experience in a client facing role. The role would suit those looking for more of a traditional high street solicitors environment with lots of direct contact with a local client base.
