Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX
A well regarded traditional law firm with offices across Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX to join the Banking and Finance department dealing mainly with Lenders.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for a candidate with experience of dealing with freehold, leasehold, sale, purchased, remortgage, as well as transfer of equity and shared ownership matters.
As a Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX you will be responsible for title checking, preparation of contracts and support documents, checking official copy documents, liaising with clients both over the phone and in person, dealing with post completion as well as ensuring all billing and is accurate.
