Walsall
My client, a small but well respected regional firm in Walsall are seeking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into their Private Client department.
You will be managing a mixed private client caseload including Wills, Administration of Estates, Trusts, preparation and registration of Enduring and Lasting Power of Attorney, Inheritance Tax advice etc. within a busy team.
The incoming solicitor will need a minimum of 12 months experience within a well recognised local firm. You will be comfortable managing your own caseload, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Not only does this role offer a fantastic fee earning opportunity for a range of clients but also the chance to undertake a range of marketing and client facing responsibilities. There are significant opportunities for the right candidate to progress through the company.
