The Firm
My client is a leading 500 firm with offices in the Kent area. The firm is recognised for its established commercial property department.

The Role
You will be employed principally in the Commercial Property department dealing with a high caseload coming from clients and internal cross-referrals, as well as working alongside the already existing caseload. The role and caseload includes working with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals. The property aspects of corporate transactions and working with property finance, the management of property portfolios. Representing both landlords and tenants in the grant of surrender, assignment and subletting of leases and licences. The role also includes handling land acquisition and disposals.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience. It is preferred that the applicant has experience with business development, is good a problem solver, has attention to detail and has good analytical skills. The applicant will need to have a strong commercial property background with the ability to work on corporate transactions.

The salary is competitive and is based around the experience of the individual, plus incentives and benefits.
