This law firm has an excellent reputation within the market and due to the continued growth and success of the department, they are seeking additional Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their department.

This specialist Clinical Negligence team, which is one of the most established teams in the country, covers all areas of Clinical Negligence claims; including birthing injuries, brain injuries, surgical claims, and orthopaedic claims.

Requirement's for this role:

Experience within this field is essential, preferable around 3 years PQE and over.
Strong commercial awareness and a good level of understanding of the relative law is required
A good academic background
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
Experience/ a specialist interest in Spinal Injuries.
