Role: Head of a Private Client department

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an excellent firm who are looking to recruit a Head of Private Client department.

Ideally the applicant will have a minimum of 8 years PQE experience in Private Client matters however applications from all levels will be considered but you must be confident handling a busy caseload of Private Client matters without supervision as well as heading up, leading and developing the department.  

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Wills

- Trusts

- Probate

- Lasting Powers of Attorneys

- Court of Protection orders

- STEP Qualification seen as advantageous
