Job Details
The successful commercial property solicitor will support senior professional staff through providing legal services to clients, generating fee income and supervising trainee solicitors and support staff.
This commercial property solicitor vacancy would suit a 3-4 PQE solicitor, although candidates outside of this level will still be considered.
This leading Commercial Property Department handles a large range of property transactions and real estate projects. The commercial property team is one of the largest in the area, they have the resources and expertise to deal with complex negotiations, working with a number of parties to ensure they achieve the best outcome.
The team is based in Huddersfield and acts across all sectors acting on behalf of corporate clients, property developers, investors, transport authorities, housing associations, commercial landlords and more.
