Corporate Solicitor - Projects

Our client is a firm with national coverage with one of the leading teams outside London in PFI energy and projects. They are looking to strengthen their busy team in Leeds by recruiting a corporate lawyer to focus on a high quality caseload of non-contentious public sector and projects work.

The team undertake a broad range of work, acting on behalf of a mix of clients in the infrastructure, energy, transport, health and government sectors to name a few. The firm are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a background in corporate law to help support the work in this field i.e. M&A's and joint ventures in the rail and energy sectors.

The firm can offer a variety of work at a mixed level, it's not all big ticket high pressure transactions as they do a whole range of smaller matters as well. Projects sector' experience isn't essential as the team have taken people from a variety of backgrounds previously, it is however important that you have an interest in this field. They also want someone keen to get involved in the departments marketing and business development initiatives so from the outset you'll be encouraged to develop your own network.

Candidates who are already in the local market or who are prepared to relocate will be considered on their merits. Market leading remuneration and benefits package.
