Job Details
Are you looking for a move into a small and successful Corporate Commercial team? One of our clients with offices in Lancashire are looking for someone with experience to join their expanding Lancashire team.
This Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be working alongside one Partner and Associates who are recommended by the Legal 500 and come from large international and national firms.
The work includes but is not limited to:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Shareholder agreements
- Corporate finance
- Competition law
This Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be working with international businesses; PLCs as well as other large commercial and corporate entities. The position will suit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor who is looking to work on high quality matters but within a small team where you will be integral to the business and have the chance to give an excellent service to clients.
