Job Details
Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Lancaster? One of our well ranked Legal 500 firms with offices across the North West are currently looking for someone to take the next step in their career.
The work is a mixture of acquisitions; disposals; development; landlord and tenant, so this Commercial Property Solicitor will have a real opportunity to develop their experience across a mixture of matters. The clients you will be working with are large developers and businesses, so ideally experience with this type of client base would be really beneficial.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining one of the largest teams at the firm in Lancaster and will be an integral part of the firm as a whole. The quality of the work you will be doing reflects that of a large firm whilst working within a close-knit team.
This position will suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is keen to continue working on high quality property transactions alongside Partners who have substantial experience. Ideally, the firm are keen to find someone who is anywhere from 4 years PQE upwards.
