Job Details
The role will sit within the firms PLS Team working alongside the Employment Team.
This civil litigation fee earner role will provide legal advice regarding civil litigation, handling a portfolio of cases regarding a range of consumer and property disputes and will manage the progression of these cases through to settlement in a competent and effective manner. In addition, you may be required to deal with other general litigation matters.
Duties will include drafting court proceedings, adhering to court directions and timescales, preparing relevant documents for disclosure, submitting evidence and instructing counsel/other appropriate experts as required.
