The Role

The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate to join their rapidly expanding Essex office, near Southend-On-Sea.

You will be working closely with the Commercial Property Partner to build the firm's reputation further and increase their Commercial Property offering throughout Essex.

They are now looking for a client facing Solicitor or Associate with a passion for business development to join them in a very progressive role, reporting to the senior management team. In this role you will deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including: Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work

If you are an experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor seeking the opportunity to working alongside industry leading Partners - this is an outstanding opportunity with great progression prospects for the right person.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate with 2 years PQE +
• You should have first-class communication and business development skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
