The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

The firm are expanding at a steady rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for experienced individuals with a passion for business development to further their regional offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Partner with at least 6 years PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
