A leading Legal 100 national firm with offices throughout the UK have an excellent opportunity for an NQ+ solicitor seeking challenge, variety and overall a chance to develop your career under the guidance of some highly regarded construction solicitors.

The team's client base spans a broad range of sectors and projects which includes renewable energy, transport, local government, infrastructure, social housing, retail, and facilities management with clients and funding originating from both UK and international sources. This team has it's own strategic growth plans and bringing on board an ambitious solicitor with a long term view is key a key element to that growth. The position will ensure you get involved in high quality work and contribute to a growing and ambitious construction team.

You will be involved with major projects, real estate development, banking & finance and mergers and acquisitions work which will often involve partnering with other commercial teams from within the firm's ranks. The team operate as a national team with plenty of inter-office work with colleagues across the regions, again further promoting a greater variety of work and the benefit of senior expertise across the firm. As well as interaction across the firm itself you will be positively encouraged and supported on client engagement adding further opportunity to establish yourself and become and established within your sector.

As an individual you should ideally already have acquired a good base of experience and training within construction law. However the firm may consider someone from a commercial background who can demonstrate a strong interest in construction. Key personal attributes required are drive and passion with a genuine desire to engage and build relationships. With the team itself wishing to grow their own market share they would expect any individual to share their vision and ambitions.
