This is a fantastic opportunity for a property litigation senior associate solicitor who is passionate about property law and property litigation who wants to join a rapidly expanding and award-winning department dealing with high-quality work.

Your role will be to manage a varied caseload (for example 1954 Act renewals, general L&T, property contract disputes, dilapidations, title defect issues such as boundary or right of way disputes and other property litigation matters).

You will be an experienced property litigation solicitor likely with 5+ years' PQE. As a strong litigator with a sound technical background, you must have proven commercial property litigation experience (whether property litigation, commercial litigation or insurance litigation).
