The Role

They are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate with 7+ years PQE to join their practice.

You will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Senior Associate on a range of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.

This role will require a level autonomy where you will be leading transactions, meanwhile working as part of a larger team on more complex and high value transactions.

As you will be joining in an exciting growth period, there are outstanding progression prospects on offer as the team grows

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Senior Associate with 7+ years PQE
• Client following would be preferred
• Extensive experience dealing with clients directly
• Excellent communication skills both spoken & written
• Highly meticulous and commercially focused
• Track record in business development & marketing the department
