Residential Conveyancing Assistant
Chester
£17,000 - £21,000 Dependant on experience
Due to expansion a Conveyancing Assistant is wanted to join the Chester office of a leading UK law firm. Applications are invited from ambitious Conveyancing backgrounds looking to lay the foundations of a successful Conveyancing career with a leading UK law firm. Salary is up to £21,000 with excellent benefits. Immediate starts available.
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will assistant with a full and varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. Hitting the ground running in a supportive, partner led team, day to day duties will include dealing with all post completion procedures to ensure that transactions are correctly registered with the Land Registry. Ensuring that file balances are speedily distributed, and that files are swiftly closed and archived.
The successful candidate will be expected to have had at least 18 months experience of working in a Residential Conveyancing Team.
Excellent Chester based opportunity with salary upwards of £17,000.
