Senior Employment Solicitor
Merseyside
Salary negotiable depending on experience
We are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join a Top Legal 500 Law firm in the Merseyside area. In this role you will ideally have your own client base and current case load and will play a key role in supporting the Employment team.
With current and anticipated growth and development of the firm we are looking for someone who has experience of supervising and managing others and the right candidate will be keen to support a busy Team, ensuring all supervision needs of the team are met.
You will have 6 years+ PQE and experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law, representing both respondent and claimant. You will have a commercial approach, be good at working to deadlines and be able to demonstrate excellent file management and client care.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time.
You will have a willingness and aptitude to get involved in the team/firm's marketing and business development activities e.g. attending social and networking events.
