This truly market leading digital and media company handle cutting edge work and are seeking a junior legal counsel to join their Business Affairs department. This team provide commercial advice and legal services to all internal departments, including: marketing, IP development, production, feature films, licensing, merchandising, digital and commercials. The Department also advises on protecting the company's intellectual property rights and brands.

Your new role
As part of the Business Affairs team, this role will play a key part in assisting the Digital department with general IT agreements and the Rights team with licensing and distributing content. You will also have responsibility for managing our clients trademark portfolio and carry out general brand protection tasks, in addition to assisting with production development agreements, including music licensing agreement and post-production delivery such as delivering chain of title.
