Our client is a well regarded Huddersfield commercial firm with clients locally and also nationally. They're a well run business which is quietly confident of its market position and which has enjoyed a good profile for many years.

They are looking for a mid-level commercial property lawyer to work in direct support of partners on more complex work and yet also to assist with less experienced colleagues as necessary. Ideal PQE would be c4-7yrsPQE though they are flexible around these parameters.

Essential experience will be in sales and purchases, securities, landlord and tenant work and lease management matters. Beyond fee earning they want someone keen to engage with clients and to be part of this firms marketing efforts.

Central Huddersfield based with a genuinely friendly firm which wants to look after its staff. Given the competition for lawyers the firm is happy to engage in relaxed exploratory conversations with candidates who are perhaps not sure if it'd be the right move for them, as this firm is very appreciative that recruitment is a two way process.
