Your new role
This property litigation role will see you handle an interesting mix of work. This will include general real estate litigation disputes, dilapidations disputes, contract litigation, title defect issues and a host of other property litigation matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a property litigation lawyer at associate or senior associate level. You will have good technical skills as well as an ability for and interest in business development.
