We have again been instructed by a leading regional firm where there is now an opportunity for a suitably experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at the Huddersfield head office. I met the HR Manager last week and what shines out is how well staff are treated and how seriously they take creating a positive culture. Plus they attract excellent lawyers, often those who have been with city firms but are looking for better work life balance while not compromising on the quality of work.

You should be comfortable dealing with commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, alongside a variety of commercial lease matters such as renewals and transfers. Alongside technical ability, the Head of Department is looking for a lawyer who is keen to get involved in business development activities in the local community and with introducers of work.

Salary and benefits:
