The Role

After recent growth and client wins the firm are now looking to increase the scope of the property services they can offer by introducing a Planning Partner to the practice.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious planning solicitor to take advantage of the opportunities in their existing client base and network of contacts to develop a strong and unrivalled planning practice. Their clients and contacts are both local and national. They work in property development and investment, retail, and leisure.

You will be adept at business development and will likely have established clients who will continue to work with you moving forwards but you will also be fully supported by the founders in winning new business.

In return the firm can offer you the opportunity to work from home or their central London office as little or as much as you want. There is a collegiate feel at the office and huge wealth of knowledge on standby should you need to bounce ideas off each other.

They can offer you unrivalled earning potential either on a 50/50 fee split basis, with full secretarial support so you can tap in to your full billing potential, a one year salary basis moving to fee-split once you're established or a salaried basis depending on the candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a highly experienced Planning specialist from a City firm background with 7+ years PQE (there is no upper limit)
• A mobile client base is a necessity
• An adept business developer with an established network
• In return you will be offered earning potential with no glass ceiling
