The Role

Due to growth, the firm is seeking a Legal Assistant in Residential Property to join them at their office in Caerphilly, South Wales.

The firm's residential property team are ranked in the Legal 500 and have won multiple awards.

The Residential Property team advise on all aspects of residential property, including sale, purchase and re-mortgaging of freehold premises, but not limited to purely that - this firm deal with every part of the transaction.

The kind of clients you'll deal with will vary and often there will be some very interesting transactions going on within the department.

The department houses some excellent individuals so you will learn so much by putting yourself in this environment of success. Their lawyers will train and develop you to the standard of which they expect, meaning you'll be set up for a successful career going forward.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Legal Assistant with ideally, at least 1 years' experience in a Residential Property team (minimum level to apply 6 months + experience in this practice area)
  • There is no upper limit to the level of experience.
  • You'll be ambitious and tenacious and be an adaptable and hard-working individual
  • You will be either relocating to or commutable to Caerphilly, South Wales.
