Senior Family Solicitor

This is your chance to take a leading role and work on a one on one basis with the founding partner and Head of Family at a modern, progressive and dynamic West End firm to help push the practice forward.

They were born earlier this year but have already come on leaps and bounds.They deal with a very good level of work across HNW clients and businesses and they are a refreshing breathe of fresh air to the traditional private practice model. Because they are an ABS, they embrace flexible working, working from home, and alternative methods of working.

This is an exceptionally exciting time to be a Solicitor at the firm, as there are no glass ceilings at a firm with big plans.

The Firm

The firm were born earlier in 2018 but their Solicitors and Partners have a wealth of experience, stretching across up to 25 years. They are a dynamic, fresh practice with innovative marketing and a collective experience that belies the infancy of the firm. One of their Solicitors is a Legal 500 recommended Lawyer. They are ambitious and have a real West End flavour.

The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Senior Family Solicitor to join their thriving West End office, London and take the lead in servicing client requirements.

You will have an incredibly exciting role.You will also be exposed to extremely beneficial business development and operational expertise. You will be expected to work autonomously on your own caseload and be able to take the lead with new client relationships, whilst the Head of Family will focus on new client business development.

The Family department deal with matters across: Civil Partnership Dissolution, Cohabitation Agreements, Children Matters, Divorce, DV, Financial Settlement, International Divorce, Pet Law, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor (5+ PQE with no upper limit)
• Experience in Private Family matters is essential
• Able to take the lead with clients and deal with matters autonomously
• Ideally you will have an established network of clients but this isn't essential
• You will have exceeded billing targets in the past
• An enthusiastic and highly-motivated candidate would thrive at this firm
• You will be dynamic and looking for a breath of fresh air to the traditional Private Practice model
