A Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Preston based opportunity with an established, forward thinking specialist property law firm. Applications are invited from Solicitors or non-qualified Fee Earners, looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a busy but supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £30,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
The successful Commercial & Residential Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload. It is essential that your grounding in residential is strong, but it would also be highly desirable if your experience in commercial property is solid too.
Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will can also develop alongside senior team members and act as a 2nd opinion for less experienced fee earners. A major plus is that there is no requirement to go out and generate work - pipelines are full and fee earners are expected to fee earn and nothing else.
Applications are invited from qualified and non-qualified Commercial & Residential Solicitors looking for salary and the opportunity to focus on developing their fee earning skills. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 - 4 years' experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing/commercial environment.
