Job Details

My client is a Lexcel and CQS accredited high street firm with a good reputation and offices across the East Midlands.
 
This opportunity is for a commercial property solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing based in the Newark office of this firm. The caseload can be tailored towards the experience level of the person applying. Support will also be provided.
 
The work coming into the department encompasses various aspects, such as:
  • sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold)
  • lease preparation and reviews
  • development purchases
  • residential plot sales
  • drafting contracts and transfers
  • licenses
  • variety of deeds and tenancies preparation
  • landlord and tenant lease matters
  • corporate support work and much more.
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Newark area.
