Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive

This niche commercial practice is recruiting into their established real estate team in Exeter. 
 
As a commercial property solicitor or legal executive, you will be joining a small team of excellent lawyers who handle all manner of commercial property transactions, including development work, site acquisition, set up, disposal, investment portfolios and landlord & tenant work. 
 
Although a smaller practice, this firm compete with the much larger local firms. Clients often prefer this tailored service and as such, they have many excellent clients based locally and beyond. 
 
You will ideally have at least 2-3 years' experience within real estate law. Due to the complexity and nature of the clients, it is likely you will have been working at a larger firm and will have received excellent training. 
 
Joining this firm will be very different, you will enjoy a more relaxed environment with much encouragement and trust from the partners, who are on hand every step of the way. 
 
You will not have high billing targets or be required to stay at work until midnight! 
 
Excellent salary depending on experience - and all the autonomy you want.
