Company Commercial Solicitor
A Company/Commercial Solicitor is required to join a leading Hertfordshire and Essex practice to be based at their North Hertfordshire office.
Operating for 100 years, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload advising clients on a variety of work including; M&A activity, management transactions, business restructuring, commercial contracts and agreements, and finance matters as well as participate in the marketing and business development of the department.
You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and deliver the very best client service to an existing client base, while developing new business leads.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a leading practice.
Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes.
